Qualifications:

3-5 years in product development, preferably in the footwear industry

Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and InDesign

Inclined to work in a process oriented, team environment 

Self-motivator with leadership and creative problem solving skills

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a broader understanding of mens casual footwear in the current US market

Shop domestic and international markets for research regarding new seasonal development

Willingness to travel internationally to ensure quality sample completion

Be able to translate research/info into new styles applicable for the Crevo line and consumer seasonally

Accurate illustration and rendering abilities integral to role

Excellent and respectful communication and customer service skills 

Proactive approach to fulfilling sales teams' needs

Maintaining an organized approach to file management

Maintaining an organized and proactive approach to sample tracking, prioritization and management

Ability to work with pricing and sourcing to achieve price conscious products

Ability and creativity to work with marketing on a diverse range of projects including photography sessions

Assist in preparation for shoe shows and customer presentations, ensuring availability of key samples and line sheets

Maintain ongoing Crevo mens/boys catalog as seasons progress

Reports to Product Director
